Fabulous 75 square meter apartment with kitchen complete with dishes and fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven and flat screen TV. There are 4 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 8 people. All the wooden furniture in the rooms was handmade by a local craftsman. The two bathrooms are equipped with all services and it is also accessible to the disabled. The characteristic color of this apartment is RED, the color of passion that manages to give the apartment a warm and familiar atmosphere. Rossi is the wooden furniture of the kitchen as well as the decorations and the tablecloth.

Val di Non also offers various cycle paths and trekking routes.
While the little ones will have fun in the playgrounds dedicated to them such as the Sores Park adventure park or the Roen snow park.
In case of bad weather you can visit one of the numerous Castles of the Val di Non such as Castel Thun, Castel Valer or Castel Malgolo or the Rhaetian Museum.

Summary: The apartment (Casa Fiordaliso) was perfect for our needs, warm, spacious, in a quiet village with stunning views and within walking distance to a Bar, Pizzaria and Supermarket. Being at the top of a 3 story apartment block and internally split over two floors, it was quiet and more than large enough for two couples. It was very clean, with a well equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave and a wood fired stove no less). Parking was available outside the house plus there was a large, free car park a short walk away. The interior decor was very alpine and typical of the area, with pretty bespoke pine fitted furniture, plenty of storage space, 2 showers, 2 bathrooms and a two small balconies. It didn't have a sitting room as such, but did have a comfortable settee in the kitchen/diner area. Wifi speed and coverage was fine. Elizabetta was always available to answer any questions - we never actually met her, but she was always quick to reply via Whatsapp and a perfectly discreet host. The local supermarket was very handy, but we never got chance to try the local Pizzaria. There's excellent skiing/snowboarding 45minutes away in Val di Sole (Folgarida/Marileva) and the largest town in the area (Cles) is only 10minutes away by car. Summary: Elizabeth's home was absolutely delightful! We stayed in the "red" apartment over the Easter holidays and it was perfect for the 7 of us (my husband and I, our 3 kids and grandparents). The home is very cosy with furniture and details all in wood handmade by Elizabeth's father. It was spotless and clean upon arrival and we were welcomed with local apple juice, apple chips and chocolate Easter goodies. The apartment was very warm and welcoming, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped with high quality pots and pans. There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay - - hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, handsoap, toilet paper... It is more like staying in a real home than a rental home, every detail has been looked after and we really appreciated this. The upstairs attic rooms are a real gem. One room has a double bed and the other room has a single bed plus another single bed up in a separate loft-like area that our kids loved. Elisabeth's family is super friendly and hospitable! The town of Coredo is quaint and quiet but has all the basic shops you need (supermarket, 2 butcher shops, bar, newspaper shop, pharmacy). From the balcony of the apartment there is a pleasant view over the town with the beautiful Brenta mountains in the backdrop. From Coredo it is an easy drive to reach main points of interest in the Val di Non and Val di Sole. Right outside the town, on the road that goes towards the two lakes (I Due Laghi), right at the entrance to the lakes area, there is an excellent pastry shop that has the best cakes, strudel, krapfen and is the ideal place for breakfast or an afternoon snack. Right before the pastry shop is a cheese factory that we didn't get to visit but I'm sure it is worth a stop. The town of Sfruz up above Coredo offers amazing views of the valley. We had snow-covered peaks in the distance in April and it was simply stunning. This is a lesser-known valley, Coredo is a bit off the beaten track comparing to other parts of the Dolomites but we loved our stay here. There are plenty of good hikes in the area and pretty views. The area is famous for its apples and you can see kilometers and kilometers of apple trees all around. Check out the "agritur" with restaurants in the area for good home cooking & local dishes. Cles is a beautiful town just 15 mins away full of stylish cafés and boutique shops. Highly recommended for a quiet stay, fresh mountain air and beautiful views!
