****Amazing deck and outdoor oasis!****
This truly unique and large bungalow was rescued from years of abandonment. The restoration was completed a few years ago. It's a contemporary space, with a very complete kitchen, two generously sized bedrooms, and the coolest family/dining room with polished concrete floors. It has one king size bed in the master, and a queen-size bed in the second bedroom. It also has one full-size sofa bed. It also has a spectacular outdoor oasis with dining, living, fire pit and cowboy pool!
The Space
The home has a really great energy to it, you'll feel it the moment you walk through the front door. The kitchen is equipped with all you'll need to create a great meal. We also offer regular drip coffee machine as well as Nespresso. Best thing is that you're just 5 minutes from Wilton Manors and all it's very cool restaurants and bars. We have our list of favorites we'd be happy to suggest. In addition we offer other services like in-house massages, private chefs and boat/yacht rentals just in case you're interested. The TVs in the house are SMART TVs (no cable), and there's blazing fast WiFI and SONOS speakers in the home.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You're welcome to smoke outside.
No loud music after 9PM.

Summary: We had a very good time at this property. While it is not close to the ocean, it is very conveniently located and was less expensive than ocean property. Very centrally located with nearby stores and restaurants. Comfortable furniture and beds. Great backyard deck with nice speaker system and a new grill. The property host, Alex, was tremendous. We had a couple of repair issues early on and he addressed them very quickly. His maintenance team is tremendous. My wife and I would recommend it to others.. The neighborhood peacocks were a surprise bonus.

Summary: We loved our stay here. We were not too sure of the neighbourhood as we drove in but one we arrived we were so thrilled with this beautiful place. When we contacted the manager regarding how to access to the Sonos speakers they responded quickly. The kitchen had everything we needed including coffee for the 3 days we were there. We loved our visits from the neighbourhood peacocks, and even got to see one of the males No strutting by. A few things to note: we were in the second bedroom and every morning at 6 AM or somewhere after that, there was a high-pitched squeaking noise which we think was coming from the sprinkler system which lasted for 30 minutes Pretty good or more. If you want it So for 3 mornings in a row we were up by 6:30 due to this noise. Our friends in the other room did not hear it. The other small issue was that when we arrived there were 4 to 5 of those plug-in air fresheners going, and it was an overwhelming perfume smell when we walked in. This was quickly taken care of by unplugging all of them. These are small things in an overall great stay at a beautiful property.
