1 Bedroom Apartment in Pedreguer

A modern ground floor apartment with bedroom, separate shower room, living room with open plan kitchen, internet, air conditioning in the lounge. Towels and sheets.
The bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes, mosquito netting. The bathroom has a walk in shower basin and toilet.
The lounge has sofa and satellite TV . Wifi included.
The kitchen has a fridge, hob and microwave, toaster and coffee machine. There is a washing machine.
Patio doors lead onto the private terrace with table and chairs. Here you can enjoy outdoor eating whilst looking out over the communal pool and gardens. The pool is large, with an outside shower and a kiddies small paddling pool. The gardens are well maintained and 2 sunbeds are provided.
There is parking outside the apartment which is private and off road.
Within a short walk you have a bar, restaurant, chemist and a small shop. There is also tennis.
A lovely apartment in the urbanisation of La Sella, situated outside Denia and is a 10 minute drive into Denia town and beaches.
La Sella is easily found from the motorway and both Alicante and Valencia airport are the same distance, approximately 80 kilometres. (The road tolls are now free!)
Nearby you have Javea town, a new hospital, a shopping centre and the new Marina in Denia with its fabulous restaurants and bars. In Denia you have the ferry to Ibiza.

Summary: The Apartment is very beautiful and had everything we needed to have a good time. Especially the big terrace and the pool was a plus. If you're looking for a chilled out and relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of Denia then this is the place. The apartment is exactly what you see in the pictures . We really felt comfortable and like to thank Lynn and Christine for the great time.

Summary: The apartment was exactly as described. Great location well equipped & very clean. Very good service from Christine & Lynn. Would definitely recommend. All of the local restaurants offer great food at very reasonable prices.
