Residence located in the center of the village of Pedreguer, in large, easy street parking. With a history of more than 100 years, has been completely renovated in 2017, has all the necessary amenities without losing the charm of a typical Mediterranean home: high ceilings, hardwood and natural light. Furniture is elegant, sober but functional, offering cozy, attractive and recreational stays.
The upstairs has been renovated with more modern decor, offering an intimate, romantic and relaxing especio.
Rules of the house:
- Maximum capacity: 6 people and baby cot (optional)
- Children welcome.
- No pets allowed.
- Non-smokers only.
The house consists of: three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hall, lounge, kitchen, patio, service room and terrace.
On the ground floor (accessible to disabled) we find:
- 1 bedroom with two single beds of 90 and wardrobe closet.
- 1 room with double bed 150 and wardrobe closet.
- bathroom with double sinks, shower stall and toilet.
- Comfortable lounge with TV, HIFI equipment and board games.
- Large dining room for 6 people with direct access to the kitchen.
- Kitchen with pantry fully equipped with furniture, appliances and basic condiments.
- spacious, sunny and quiet courtyard. With covered area.
- Service room with washing machine, sink, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
On the first floor we are:
Loft with double bed 150, separate dressing room, bathroom, sitting and reading area, quiet and cozy, very spacious with private terrace.
All rooms have windows and / or balcony and air conditioning.
General housing services available are:
Air conditioning and heating, hair dryer, internet wiffi, bed linen and towels, vacuum cleaner, toaster, coffee (Nespresso and Italian), kettle, juicer, blender, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and hob.
In summer season there are plenty of holiday events in the area. Specifically, during the month of July they are celebrated in Pedreguer the festivities in which lots of festive, cultural and bullfighting events are held.
The location of the house can enjoy in front of many of these acts: running of the bulls, parades, folk dances, exhibitions, fireworks, etc. as they run along the same street.
In addition, from June to September there is great amount celebrations in the neighboring towns.
Throughout the year in Pedreguer lot of cultural events: theater, music, concerts, exhibitions, sports activities, dining, etc.
The house is clean and in a perfect place for a family vacation, friends or couples, offering the possibility to enjoy the beach (16 minutes) and mountains (1 minute).

Summary: Had a fantastic time at this very traditional Spanish Town House which is very elegantly furnished and well equipped. Parking outside was never a problem. The location is a typical Spanish town, so not a holiday destination, but the location of this house means that you can easily reach lots of places - we went to Denia, Xabia and Oliva which were within 20 minutes of the property and Moraira, Altea and Valencia which were also less than 1 hour away reached by easy roads.Highly recommended and could not fault anything about the holiday.

Summary: This is a wonderful house. It is really well equipped and very clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The owners are very kind and thoughtful. The house is situated in a small town that has some fabulous butchers and traditional bakers as well as the usual supermarkets. There are great beaches about 15 mins drive away. All in all this is a really winderful holiday home.

Summary: The place is immaculate and we wanted for nothing. Perfect. We had a problem with the parking but could usually find a space. The street was very quiet and within walking distance of a shop. We would definitely visit again. Thank you Maite.

Summary: Very spacious and comfortable authentic Spanish town house in friendly small town. We had a very pleasant 2 week stay. The house is spotlessly clean and has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Summary: Ca La Marti is a lovely old townhouse, which has recently had a complete, sympathetic restoration - it's a very nice house. Bathrooms, kitchen all fabulous. Really well equipped. Pedreguer is a quiet Spanish town - not much in the way of nightlife, but for us this is a good thing. There's a good Mas-y-Mas supermarket 5 mins walk away. For us the location was good - we could drive to the excellent beaches at Xabia in 20 minutes, or ride our bikes straight from the front door to the mountains. The host, Maria, is very helpful and welcoming. All in all, a great place to stay.

Summary: Thank you very much Maite and Miguel! We extremely liked your house, we found everything that we needed + extras! A very charming and cozy house in a nice and quiet place, we loved it! From our point of view everything was perfect, there is no need to improve anything! Having a car is however compulsory, the beautiful beach is just over a 20min drive away in Jávea and Denia, our favourite one was Platja de l'Arenal(you can find many water attractions). There you can also find a lot shops and restaurants mainly near the coast! Both cities are very pretty! Alicante and Valencia is just 100 km away(1 hour drive on the motorway), it's so easy to reach a lots beautiful places in the region! We will visit again at all costs, and we 100% recommend this wonderful holiday home! Maite and Miguel are very friendly, helpful people, they respond very quickly to any matter or problem if need be!
