Summary: We had the most wonderful time staying in Margie's beautiful apartment in Sorbonne. The area was close to the metro, within walking distance to many tourist attractions and close to a variety of restaurants, boulangaries and convenience stores. We felt safe and relaxed while we were there. The apartment was beautifully furnished in a French Provincial style. It had 2 large bedrooms, a gorgeous bathroom, decent size lounge, great kitchen with all utensils and condiments, plus a cosy balcony where we could sit and enjoy the Parisian view. The apartment is situated on an upper floor with an elevator and security acess. Margie was a wonderful host, she attended to our every need and was always available via email with any small queries. I couldn't fault our stay and would highly recommend Margie and her place to any of our family and friends.

Summary: A wonderful little gem in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to the metro, bakeries, grocery, gardens. Lots of space to spread out and the host, Margie, seals the deal. She was an excellent communicator, responded very quickly and was a delight to rent from. Highly recommend!

Summary: We stayed in this apartment for a week, traveling with our small children. Given the high praises of the reviews we had seen from previous guests, we had high expectations. What we experienced exceeded our expectations, in all aspects. Starting with the booking, when we were very impressed by the meticulous, thorough approach that the hostess has developed to inform us of all things related tot he property, the neighborhood, the city etc. We received a booklet choke full of very important and great information. The apartment is absolutely lovely, charming, comfortable, in good taste. The neighborhood is fantastic, steps away from several of the most famous attractions in Paris. All in all, this has easily gone down as our best vacation, and largely in part due tot he honest and competent work of the hostess, Margie. We can only hope to go back there in the future. We recommend this apartment without reservations and in the strongest terms.

Summary: Crusty baguettes, city center parisian markets for fresh fruit, lively French bistros a stones throw from your apartment ? Stay here and your dreams will come true. Could not have been more perfect. We relaxed and felt French, nah felt Parisian for a short period of time. Sure beats Boston ;) Enjoy this gem

Summary: Our recent stay made us feel like true Parisians for the week! The apartment is in a perfecct central location with easy walking distance or a quick metro ride to all the sites. Right up the street from an adorable little French market - a boulangerie, patisserie, charcuterie, etc - we had everything we needed to cook right in the comfort of home. We loved the views of Notre Dame on one side of the balcony and the Pantheon on the other as we enjoyed wine on the balcony. Apartment is beautifully furnished with a fully equiped kitchen and luxury French linens. We will definitely be staying here again when we are back in Paris!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay! This apartment is beautiful and very well furnished. We had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The location is very convenient close to great restaurants, cafes, grocery store and bakeries. Also close distance to the metro. We enjoyed morning coffee in the cute balcony with a beautiful view of Notre Dame and the unique Paris architecture all around us. It's a fifth floor and the building has a small elevator. As most of European cities It's is a lot of night activity every night. For us it wasn't an issue at all. The beds were comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were perfect. One big one with toilet, a big shower and a bathtub and a small one with a toilet. The kitchen has everything you need. The owner really has put a beautiful touch in every detail. Flowers everywhere, colors, etc we just love it!

Summary: My daughter and I stayed at Margie's apartment last Fall and we couldn't have been more pleased. Margie was very easy to work with and everything went smoothly. My first time renting through VRBO so I was a little nervous ;) It is a very spacious apartment and even though my daughter and I enjoyed having our own bedrooms, you could easily rent comfortably with up to 6 people. The bathrooms were very nice. The large bathroom was larger than my bathroom at home and almost spa like. We enjoyed having a kitchen and really only used it to keep yogurts and bread, but if you love to cook everything you would need is there. There is a nice living area and the building itself is beautiful and the neighbors were very pleasant. We couldn't have been more pleased with the neighborhood. The perfect place to stay. Everything you would want is at your fingertips. We even walked to Notre Dame and the River Seine. Also, there are taxi cabs waiting nearby and the Metro is also very close. This neighborhood even has farmer's markets which you can walk to. Thank you Margie! We are now in love with Paris, and don't be surprised if we rent from you again.

Summary: We originally booked this for 2 couples, and only one couple ended up travelling. My husband and I enjoyed the apartment very much. It was quite spacious, but was also furnished with comfort and warmth in mind. It would have been comfortable for two couples, or a family. We used only the main bath, but having the extra half bath would be useful for a family or more people. I enjoyed shopping nearby Rue Mouffetard, and cooking in the kitchen. The apartment is convenient to just about everything- Metro, local street market, food shops, etc. Margie was very easy to work with for rental arrangements, keys, etc. I have no hesitation recommending this apartment. Summary: We loved everything about the beautiful Margie's apartment. One could not find a more Parisienne place to stay. The location - perfect; the views - on both sides amazing; the aesthetic beauty and comfort of the apartment is exactly what I was looking for. Not to mention very comfortable beds, and bathroom - like no other one in Paris - that seems to be converted from a bedroom - large, painted with warm yellow colors overlooking Saint-Ephrem church ( I recommend concerts at the church that one can also listen to in the bathtub). Very functional kitchen. Margie left the most detailed instructions about all essentials (boulangeries, charcuteries, small markets as the near one, exceptional Place Maubert, restaurants, etc.). A great place to revisit.

Summary: My family and I stayed here last fall and it was an exceptional experience. The centralized location was perfect for getting out to see everything (1 block from the 10 line which can take you virtually anywhere in the city- and has an awesome farmers market near the station) but could come back to take some breaks during the day, without skipping a beat. The one-of-a-kind views of Notre Dame (to the North) and the Pantheon (to the South) reminds you that you're in Paris so you feel very connected but quite, not just in some random apartment in a random city. It's truly a delightful apartment, interior decorated with a south of France feeling from the natural walls and colorful kitchen. Both bedroom doors opened to a patio so even in November, sleeping with the fresh air was fabulous. (Plus: The beds were new, clean and comfortable). I also must say that the bathroom was Perfect...and huge!! We were nervous of the "Euro shower" but found the bathroom (a full shower and separate tub) were Americanized, clean, updated and functional. The "propriataire" has left great books (guidebooks, history books and FABULOUS cookbooks for when you choose to stay in) and there is good media (cable, etc.) which came in very handy for watching the news (in English). We highly recommend this charming apartment where Paris meets Provence and function meets fabulous. It was a great experience all around and we can't wait to go back.
