Summary: Please can you replace the king beds in the whirlpool suits. We come to visit friends at least once a year and the beds are cupped and hard. After many many years the beds are the same.

Summary: In our room which was 117 our Jacuzzi buttons were broken and the Jacuzzi drained water into the bathroom floor near left side of the toilet but a very nice employee moved us into a new room which was 107 with a different Jacuzzi that didnt drain at all! The staff employee that helped us out and switched us was Alex a girl very hard working woman and another hard working woman who helped us was Sherri best employees that helped us out thank you for the wonderful staff u have
