Positive: The staff were very welcoming and friendly and really helped us out a lot with storage for a wheelchair so we didn’t have to take it up and down stairs. Whenever you went into the reception there was always a hello and asking how we were, which felt like a nice personal touch.
Negative: The WiFi connection was a little iffy so we couldn’t use the Netflix or watch YouTube on the tv but apart from that everything else was fantastic
Summary: Memorable and thankful to have had this time in this beautiful place with my mum

Positive: Location was excellent and staff extremely helpful and friendly
Negative: Hotel/room needs upgraded for the price you are paying. Not usual RAD group standards like Lochside Hotel or Radstone Hotel. Our shower didnt work...either extremely hot or freezing cold.

Positive: Access to the beach and town centre. Friendly staff. Price was probably too high because of the Air Show on the Low Green
Negative: The route to my room and all the doors and twists and turns. Was like a maze. Decor looked a bit tired and could do with a major refurbishment. Nice big rooms but again needs a refurb

Positive: The location, friendly staff on reception and breakfast room. Lovely fresh cooked breakfast.
Negative: Housekeeping was very hit and miss no consistency on second day we received no towels, cups never washed, bed not made, sink in bathroom not washed. Mattress very uncomfortably on one side may need turning? The leisure area could do with re vamping and up grading. Local members didn’t seem happy with guests using small pool. Shame we didn’t know the whirl pool was not working and looked like it hadn’t for some time.
