Positive: Convenience of location; room location was good, equal from room to rear exit or front exit,; and, good location to breakfast area! The
Negative: Wrong room assigned when we arrived; had requested ADA room and it one was not assigned to me when we first arrived! Confusion about my service dog; charged $20 for incidentals (?)! Lastly, mattress was way too soft!
Summary: Nice escape for a 60th Class reunion!

Positive: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was ideal for wanting a relaxing vacation but not wanting to be in the middle of the traffic by the beach. It was easy to get in and out of the parking lot as well. Also, the parking is free!
Negative: The lobby of the hotel did have a weird smell, but we did not spend much time in there, so it was not a big deal. Other than that, everything was amazing!

Positive: I had a great stay at the Fairfield Inn. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. Check-in was quick and efficient, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless, the towels were fluffy, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. I also appreciated the wide selection of TV channels, which made winding down in the evening easy.
Negative: On the downside, the pool closes at 10 pm, which felt a bit early—keeping it open until midnight would be a big plus for late-night guests. There was also no microwave in the room, which would have been convenient. Lastly, the in-room coffee pot still had old liquid coffee left in it, which was disappointing. Not enough outlets. They had a USB charge area that needs upgrading to a C Type charging area.
Summary: Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with just a few areas that could be improved.

Negative: Was very comfortable in room till roach came out of alarm clock. Also someone had set clock for 2:30 am waking us up by surprise.,.

Positive: The breakfast and the staff assisting at breakfast made our stay enjoyable! I had read other reviews about the breakfast but experiencing it was even better!
