Summary: Upon entering our room, there were dirty/used bath towels hanging up in the bathroom, and in the corner of the bathroom. Our AC unit front fell off, and there was a 1/2 hairball in the bed.

Summary: I am so glad that I stayed at this hotel! I stayed with 3 cats, and it was such a smooth process. I called prior to arriving to get approval since I had 3 cats and there was no issues with that. They made a note about my cats, so check in was smooth. The room was clean and my cats couldn't hide under the bed because of the type of frame they used. It was perfect and everyone was so nice.
