Negative: No working ice machine on the floor. Also, put a hold on my funds for $1600 upon registering for room. In addition, on Tuesday if my stay the cost of room went up $10. Then on Saturday, went up to $189, when I confirmed room rate of $129. I was told the fluctuation in the price was due to occupancy. Well, I scheduled room for a confirmed rate of $129. Nothing said about possible fluctuation in price.

Positive: The staff was excellent and understood my concerns with the issues at hand.
Negative: There was a problem with no ice service on the premises do to construction damages to the lines. also, the shower curtains in my room were torn and there was no shower gel on shampoo available for use which I did not need.

Positive: The room was set up so you have a bathroom, a sitting area and the sleeping area. Very functional, comfortable and clean. There was very little noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. We didn't try the breakfast since we were meeting family for brunch but it looked plentiful and tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful
Negative: The only thing that wasn't perfect was our view of the entrance overhang but we weren't there for the view so it really didn't matter 🙂. It was truly an enjoyable stay and we will use Fairfield Inn again!!

Positive: It was good. there was a nice selection of food choices. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodated all our needs.
Negative: The room was stuffy, and the air would not come on had to open the window. drain in tub was broken and there was some type of dirty residue under sink. You could see it while on potty. Price of room could have been better.
