Summary: Visiting family in Ohio for Thanksgiving, we wanted to stay somewhere where our family of four adults could spread out a bit, enjoy our own breakfasts and feel the comforts of home. This apartment did not disappoint! With two large bathrooms and bedrooms, a nice sized living room and a just-the-right-sized kitchen, we were comfortable, felt like we had a home for the holidays and were not squished in to a little hotel room or two. We were welcomed with a complementary bottle of wine and snacks. We had all the necessary amenities we needed. I was a bit skeptical at first about only contacting Jo Anne by email through VRBO, but every time I did -- and there were quite a few times -- I got a prompt, friendly response within five minutes or less!! Extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment complex itself is very clean and welcoming...and shopping and restaurants are within walking distance, of a minimum half-mile. A great place to stay. We'll be back!!

Summary: Our stay at Blue Reflective was a delight from start to finish. The property is gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The host has gone above and beyond in making the unit a true home away from home. From bedding to toiletries to kitchen supplies, nothing was overlooked. There was even a bottle of wine, some bottled water and a basket of little snack bags (Teddy Grahams, mini cookies, etc.) to welcome us. The unit is wonderful for friends or couples who want some space as the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment and each has its own bathroom just steps outside the room. There are also televisions in both bedrooms as well as the living room. We enjoyed watching free movies on Amazon Prime in the evenings after returning from the day's activities. Blue Reflective is in a gated complex located in a beautiful neighborhood that feels very safe. We had no trouble finding a parking space close to the door each time we returned from our adventures. The unit is a very, very short drive from Polaris Mall and all the restaurants and shops that surround it. One of the hardest things we had to do was choose where to eat as there are just so many choices! Communication with the host was wonderful from when we made our reservations to the moment we checked out. Definitely a class act! You may find a place to stay in Columbus that costs a bit less than Blue Reflective, but we're absolutely convinced you won't find anything as beautiful, clean and conveniently located and with such an attentive, wonderful host. We won't think of staying anywhere else when we return to the area. Do yourself a favor. Let your search end with Blue Reflective. You won't regret the decision!

Summary: This unit was very spacious and clean. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. Love the overall convenience from the surrounding amenities to the closeness of the parking lot to the unit. We really enjoyed our stay!
