Summary: We were supposed to get a king size bed but had 2 single beds. When i asked about reimbursing the money difference they said they couldn't because we booked through hotel.com. is they anyway to get the difference back

Summary: The last few times I’ve been there the property is under renovation. They are upgrading. The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that they didn’t actually have closets, but I was told that they’re coming and the other thing was the TV on the desk so there was no actual desk to useand the little dresser that they give very very tiny so if you’re two people for a few days, it really isn’t much space and it’s not level so other than that I mean the breakfast was good as always the oatmeal could’ve cooked a little longer, but I haven’t been disappointed yet staying there

Summary: The management of the staff was cold and indifferent to problems. They were under renovation of one floor, but the floor I was on was completed, for full price.
