Summary: Hotel needs to be remodeled. First room 330 had black mold. Changed to room 201 Wall tile from bathroom falling apart , mold in bathroom ceiling , room smelled moisty , wall by ac unit has big hole. Bes were stained. Breakfast was good.

Summary: This location is undergoing a remodel, so please keep that in mind. While staying here, there was only one elevator in service and our room's bathroom door wouldn't latch. The breakfast was great, the staff was kind, and the location was really convenient for our concert at the T-Mobile Center. I'm sure after the remodel, this will be all 5 stars.

Summary: No hot tub. Pool was cold. Currently remodeling so hot noisy dirty in halls and elevators quite expensive given conditions

Summary: Stayed one night. Staff were great. Fantastic breakfast. Lobby and breakfast area nice. Room was kind of old musty smelling. Older room for sure. Small. Bed was good. Elevator out on check out which was a huge pain with mobility struggles for my husband and all our stuff. Everyone going up and down stairs at same time. Too expensive for sure but you’re paying for downtown KC.
