Positive: Nice location and has parking ramp. Lovely hotel.

Negative: We arrived and the lady at the check in counter was on the phone with the police about an inebriated lady that needed escorted out. The police showed up and the lady was yelling in the lobby, not complying. The room was nice, bed was comfortable, shower was big. Didn’t sleep well because there was loud banging noise all night as if we were next to a loud elevator. While checking out, I asked if our room was by an elevator or something that would make a loud banging noise like that and was told no but there were stairs farther down. I don’t feel as it was worth the price I paid for the room at all.

Summary: The hotel is very nice, but I don’t feel our room and stay was worth the price.

Positive: Clean, updated, balcony in my room.

Negative: No coffee in the room. I enjoy a cup of coffee immediately upon awaking. Every other hotel I have ever stayed at had an in-room coffee maker. Also, NO information in the room about amenities available in the hotel — room service, etc.
