Summary: Day 1, after checking in and getting to our room, one of the cards didn’t work. I went back to the front desk got the card “fixed”. Tuesday, both cards worked fine. On Wednesday both cards would not work so I went back to the front desk and again changed the card. Go back to the room and the cards still wouldn’t work. I went back to the front desk and the lady came up and let us in and said she would get a work order in to get our door fixed. Cards work fine on Thursday. On Friday evening, we go back to our room and again the cards wouldn’t work to our room. Again, I went back to the desk and the lady changes the code on the codes and again the cards still don’t work so the lady came up and let us in. She says she was putting ing a work order to have the door fixed. I told her that we had problems all week and it really didn’t matter we were leaving the next morning. Another issue is that We found several long black hairs on our pillows and comforter. My husband and I both have short hair. He is brunette/gray and I am blonde. Also there was a very faint blood blood stain. Regardless of whether or not the comforter had been washed or not that is a bio hazard. We opened up the curtains and you could see all the dirt on the window sill and all throughout the room. Finally the pool was dirty and not clean. This was our 3rd year to stay at this particular hotel and by far the worst experience.

Summary: The guest service was amazingly very nice each day! Breakfast was ridiculous for the price I paid " the eggs were nasty." we only had three small options which was " eggs, patty sausage and oatmeal." Now cleanness! The microwave in our room 221 have four inches of dust on top, we tried hiding our jewelry on top of the wall unit which the microwave sat on, that wasn't an option because it had a plate of pizza or something on top with trash which we have pictures!" As we exited our room 221 the entire hallway smelled like mold and dampness. On the metal part of the lamp in the room on the left side of the bed including the night stand was nasty! The hallway on the first floor smelled like a cigarette pub. Lots of places in the room needs to be cleaned...

Summary: Average hotel. They rooms were dated with broken and worn items. There were unexpected charges to my account. The breakfast was good and so was the exercise room average.

Summary: This was the second time staying there and both times my room request was ignored, even though I had booked way in advance. Bed pillows have shrunk to half the size of a standard pillow. Cutting corners is the visible everywhere. Sheets smelled like they had not been washed in a while, there were water marks on the bathroom floor, also not a walk in shower even though it was a handicapped room. Will not book at this location anymore.
