Summary: went down for breakfast,heard the woman that was cooking breakfast in the kitchen . she was coughing and hacking up a lung SO Bad we thought she was dying. We left and went out to eat somewhere else .that night kids running up and down the hallways around 11 pm ,called the front desk but to no avail.the guy at the front desk was in his PJ,s and reeked of weed .

Summary: Excellent service, especially, the lady at front desk on our checkin day on 5/July/2025 evening. We liked cookie and popcorn offered at front desk as we checked in with excellent service. Very helpful front desk on that day. At least two bathrooms (one for men and another for women) at the first floor where fitness center is located would have been better. Better options for vegan/vegetarian guests at breakfast buffet would have earned highest rating.

Summary: I requested another room upon check-in due to smell and dirty curtain. In second room coffee maker was not working properly and breakfast times was different than scheduled due to being behind by 1/2 hour

Summary: There was a problem at check in due to us booking with Hotels.com but it was worked out. The conditioner dispenser in the shower was almost empty and couldn’t get it out. Other than that all was okay.

Summary: Housecleaning needs to step up their game. Bathroom was gross. Hair in the tub and around the toilet. Don't think I will stay there again

Summary: Nice place to stay. Quiet, convenient to interstate, comfy beds, decent breakfast options. The corners of the bathroom looked a little dirty, but otherwise clean. It was just prior to college graduation weekend and the lobby was decorated in Illinois colors which was a nice touch! We’d stay there again if ever in the area.

Summary: The service by staff was excellent. Convenient location to attend the commencement. Clearly overpriced as they know people will pay. Breakfast was ok for the two days of the commencement. Not great but adequate. The breakfast on the day after was terrible. Poorly stocked with few choices. Hence a rating of 3 ... Maybe 2.5
