Summary: My biggest complaint was that I prepaid for a room with a king bed and upon checkin at 3:06pm was informed that the room was not available and that they were oversold- only 2 queens available. I was not offered a credit even though I paid more for a room that i did not received. I have never experienced this and beyond disapponted. In addition, one of two elevators was not working which made it very difficult getting up and down from 4th floor with baggage. Lastly, we were woken up all night from someone snoring in either the room next door or below us- the walls/ceiling must be thin to hear something like that. Worst hotel experience in awhile.

Summary: Room clean, nice bed and pillows. The bathroom needs a fan and tub needs safety bars or make the tub nonslip. Its dangerous. Need to put a bell at the front desk as they are working in back also and don't seem to know when someone is waiting to be checked in/out. Fabulous entry waiting area. Great for just relaxing or reading. Breakfast seating area is nice and spacious. The breakfast offering is basic, but it is included in price.

Summary: This stay was ok. Reservation did not upload from hotels.com. Had to go eat for an hour to get in. Last stay we were overcharged $210 very unhappy about that. Manager of desk was great. Found the mistake and said it would be fixed.

Summary: We’ve stayed here before and the cleanliness of the room and breakfast area was not as good as last time. We found quite a bit of hair in our bathroom/shower and the phone was gross. We checked in late at night and just wanted to get to bed so we didn’t complain. In the morning, the juice machine wasn’t working, there was no non stick spray for the waffle makers so everyone’s waffles were sticking, the coffee seemed watered down and a few of the oatmeal toppings were empty. Also, there were tornado warnings at midnight and no one from the hotel was telling people to go to the first floor. Luckily our phones alerted us.

Summary: The property is somewhat new and very clean! The room was very nice and well appointed. There was very little water pressure in the shower which was disappointing. Also the breakfast did not start until 6:30 am and we had to leave before that that time so did not get to check that out.

Summary: I arrived in the evening 2nd of 3 people in line. The young lady checking me in was patient and kind. She kept her full attention on the person she was checking in Did not have cleaning service, so I had to get refill of coffe pods for the room.
