Summary: Our overall stay was nice. Only a few callouts had to be made which it should have been communicated upon check in that they do not clean rooms daily, it’s every 3 days. We had to bring our towels down to front desk & exchange for fresh ones. Also the rooms are not well insulated because we could hear the snoring & convo of the people next door. Also I called to see if they would allow for an earlier check in & was told only if you’re a Marriott bonvoy member & if a room was ready at 2pm. So we had to wait until 3pm exactly to check in, so unfortunately they are not accommodating if you’re not a member.
