Summary: Concierge or manager on duty was very helpful, professional, and explained hotels rules in an extremely polite manner. We even received a phone call about 15 mins after check in to insure our room was as expected and if we needed any additional toiletries, bedding, or towels.

Summary: I had booked a king size bed room for two people but was given a double queen beds room. My husband said it was too much hassle to move to another room so decided to not complain. I was surprised that our room provided 103, had a broken lamp cover and stain chair. Expected a little better but the hotel was clean overall. Breakfast offered a variety of options. Location was perfect. We would stay again but hope they honor what we reserved and paid for.
