Elevated in the tree canopy, this guesthouse has a studio bedroom, half bath downstairs, sitting area, bar dinning, and kitchen as well as a full bathroom upstairs. It is within walking distance to the San Antonio river, historic San Jose Missions, grocery, and pharmacy. This space comes with 1 parking space within the gated grounds.

Summary: We were a little nervous at first because this little piece of heaven is situated in a not so heavenly area. Gail was great, the nest was as cute as can be, the gardens were relaxing, we felt completely safe and enjoyed our stay INSIDE the gates. Gail’s family has preserved a piece of family history and it is beautiful.

Summary: I loved staying in the Bird's Nest! The space was peaceful, adorable, and immaculately clean. And the location was an easy ten-ish minute drive to the River Walk. The hosts were very communicative and clearly give a lot of love and care to the property. Definitely recommend—was exactly the sweet, simple getaway spot I needed.
