Summary: Enjoyed the buffet breakfast - staff was very helpful, friendly and courteous - our room was very comfortable ( beds were extra comfy) and clean - the only negative that I have is there was no safety mat or guardrail in the shower - this would prevent your older guests from slipping and falling - overall we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel - Thank you

Summary: Was not aware that my Platinum status was of no value booking thru Expedia, so I was unable to upgrade to a suite! The place is good and the staff is helpful.

Summary: Everything was amazing except for 2 things. The Hot tub had been filled in and the pictures showed it had one. also the curtains had a brown stain and were broken. The staff was amazing, the beds soft and clean. The pool and free breakfast was nice.
