Summary: Very, very nice stay. Some of the amenities are a little dated, like the rough pool & jacuzzi, but really appreciated their availability. The setting is incredible. Staff is fantastic. Food & drinks very pricey. Breakfast buffet is overpriced for the choices available. Found ourselves driving into town for incredible meals for half the price.

Summary: The suites were very spacious with a great view of the lake. The restaurant offered a great selection of food options. The property also offers activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking, etc The area around he hotel is still pretty devastated from the Jasper fires last year

Summary: The rates are good for this resort because of the time of year.The resort is going thru significant renovations on all the bungalows so many construction people and trucks around the property and although it didnt ruin our stay, the resort website should advise people of this.Also the restaurant menus need a complete overall as they are very very limited!For breakfast I had pancakes , only two very small ones provided, not worth the money considering they offer a 3 egg breakfast for a very similar price,

Summary: Need to be more consistent in renovating the rooms the bathroom door was the original door and frame it didn’t match up with the decor/ also the door would open when closed The windows are old we felt cool draft coming in Not happy that there is no microwave in the room .

Summary: This was a ‘bucket list’ four-day visit. We were not disappointed in any way - the views, the ambience, the comfort of our room in the main lodge, the willingness of the restaurants to accommodate my wife’s celiac condition, and above all the friendly, gracious attitude of ALL the staff. We’ll be back for sure.
