Summary: Rip in carpet and fireplace didn’t work. Was supposed to have a room in my suite but it was only 2 queen beds. Elevator to room was broken but was moved to main floor. Side door keypad broken. Lots of little things that added up to not an ideal stay. Would not recommend or stay again.

Summary: Very clean room, despite being a pet friendly room. Very accommodating staff. Room was quite large and wonderfully laid out with a separate area for fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and 2nd sink.

Summary: It was our 3rd or 4th stay in this hotel. We found the staff courteous and helpful. Rooms are comfortable , spacious and clean. However this time it was not a flawless experience. Even though the hotel was not busy at all , we received a room with a beautiful view .......to a rooftop! The last day of our stay we've decided to have breakfast in the restaurant before our departure. There was a menu and a continental breakfast ($16). From the get-go the mentioned that the continental breakfast does not include any type of meat (sausage, bacon, etc.) only pastries , cereals, fruits. So we've decided to go with a meat platter breakfast. 2 eggs , bits of bacon , roasted potatoes. for $22 or $23 . This combination did not include toast! They sell it as a side for $6 ! Are you kidding me? 2 slices of toast for $6? Really disappointed that when people try to help the community in a slow season, they gouge you. We are really seriously considering to stay at a different hotel next time we return!

From the front desk staff—who are incredibly accommodating and friendly—to the maintenance team, pool support, and restaurant staff, everyone I encountered was more fantastic than the last. You can tell the team here truly cares. The atmosphere attracts wonderful, community-minded guests as well. Whether I was in the restaurant, checking in, or relaxing in the hot tub, every interaction was positive.
