Summary: All good for a family however the room should be prepared for the number of people stay there not just one person Would be good if requested items such as robe and slippers could have been delivered to the pool area as there was none in the room

Summary: Lovely location and common areas were great. Great facilities too but we didn’t use them. Rooms could do with an upgrade. Staff were friendly and amenable.

Summary: It was not the best Hotel experience to begin with as we had to wait at least 2 hours to check in. For the price however it certainly was not value for money as the rooms were not of a high finish... However what made this quite horrible was that on the evening before our scheduled check out, there was a black out in our room and we were left sitting in the dark for hours. Finally, we decided to check out that very night, one night earlier than scheduled as home was only a 2-hour drive away and we felt this was preferable to sitting in the dark with no power! Of course we departed feeling somewhat short changed....

Summary: The rooms were "well loved". Not exactly premium, but the staff were proud of their cleanliness. Even though there were three restaurants each evening, we couldn't get a reservation for our third night (during the afternoon of our third day) as it was fully booked. It would have been nice if we had been told on night one or two to ensure we had our booking arrangements in place for dining on night three. We didn't eat at all in the restaurants, pretty as they were, as resort guests don't get any discretionary seeting

Summary: Check in was slow and had a line out the door - took 25 minutes to wait Buffet was poor - food was cold not value for money Atmosphere was loud and hectic Rubbish and room service trays in the hallway overnight

Summary: This property has reinvented itself as a family venue since we were last here. The hotel was completely full and most rooms seemed to have two or three kids. Our quiet weekend getaway was anything but. Breakfast was a free for all and the only available table had patches of scrambled egg and pastry all over the floor. It was like having breakfast in a preschool- just so noisy. Maybe it would be better during the week!
