Positive: Everything was perfect honestly. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.The stay was amazing. Great service and very comfortable stay. I enjoyed everything about the hotel. I’d like to mention that Sara, Sana, and Abdullah were all excellent. They were very helpful, professional, and made my stay really enjoyable.

Negative: Nothing significant, the stay was comfortable overall.

Positive: Everything. The rooms were top notch. Beds super comfortable. Quiet hotel with excellent service. Breakfast was outstanding. We weren’t sure whether to have breakfast out but the receptionist told us it wasn’t to miss and he was right. It’s also on the outskirts of Riyadh, close to the airport so location is a plus if you need to catch an early flight.

Negative: Our only issue during the stay was that the hot water stopped working. We informed the hotel and they quickly sent a technician to fix it. He was able to address the issue very promptly though and we were able to shower with hot water.

Summary: Brilliant gem in Riyadh. You have to try the breakfast.
