Summary: Nothing sort of what you'd expect from Fairmont. Stayed with a family of 5 - 3 kids and the attention to details is nothing short of amazing. Only downside is the price of parking but that's not the hotel fault, it's just Toronto as a whole.

Summary: Amazing spot, but those rooms are outdated. 10 min to get hot water, bathrooms are way too small, level 300 rooms with water sounds all night. Staff and location is perfect but they need to renovate.

Summary: Good stay. Would like to see benches where car valet is located. Had to wait for car and no where to sit until car arrives and no garbage bins located by this door. I feel it need to be more welcoming give. The distinction of this hotel.

Summary: The room wasn’t the cleanest. The shower was not clean, and the toilet paper was in a very difficult spot as far as accessibility. The hotel itself wasn’t the cleanest there was old room service outside of the room next to us that was there the entire stay and the elevator buttons were greasy. Ordered room service which was not good at all, would recommend uber eats instead. For the price you are paying you’re better off somewhere else. Wouldn’t stay again.

Summary: Not a five star hotel. Location is great, but expect to be penny pinched for literally everything. (Paid) wifi didnt work, the desk connected me tech support center to troubleshoot it myself before just eventually changing my room. Laughable. Preyty similar to a holiday inn express, if I have to be honest. Rooms are okay, dated but that's part of the charm, I guess.
