Summary: The staff was very good. But the room smelled of bad BO...apparently it was just cleaned!...it should smell of bleach and soap and cleaning products, not sweat!! That means the staff cleaning the rooms are not hygienic!! I know it’s hard to find staff, I'm also a business owner, but there's also training and educating new staff about cleanliness

Summary: Incredible location and value. Great for families with all season indoor/outdoor pool and kids club. The lobby was beautiful and had numerous installations for photos and adding ambience. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was large and beds very comfortable. The only thing is a few parts of the room appeared worn; carpet wearing, paint chips, etc.
