Positive: The property was clean, had a great location and was very nicely decorated. Will definitely choose this place again when traveling to Seattle.

Negative: We did have an issue with the locks but it could have been my fault. I called and the person was not able to help me, they were not very knowledgeable about the locks. I waited for a callback and after 45 mins I called back again and got someone that quickly resolved the issue.

Positive: The location is great, the house decor is perfect, there are plenty of utensils in the kitchen. Everything works very well.

Negative: The cleaning is terrible. I had previously left a note that I was allergic to dust and there was a lot of dust accumulated on the fans, chandeliers and windows. Unfortunately, when I sat down at the table I felt a stone on the carpet and it wasn't a stone. Anyway, my allergy attack unfortunately kicked in. I was reimbursed for the cleaning.

Positive: Very comfortable for our family of five. House had lots of kitchen gadgets and was very modern and clean. AC worked well.

Negative: Ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms was close to the top bunk bed (just had to be careful getting out),
