Summary: First, we did not know this was a rehab timeshare.. It was built around an abandoned golf course in the Sapphire Valley. The architecture is probably from the 70s. Check again was horrible. You go to a check-in center and then have to drive back 2 miles to your property with an amount from 1992. That show shows you how to find your property. It was very stressful coming in late and tired. We got off to a terrible start. Once we got in the room it was nice because it was a one bedroom suite and we had a sitting area and aFirst, we did not know this was a rehab timeshare.. Therefore, the room was great. The worst part about it was checking in. Also, we paid resort fee for a nonexistent golf course. We would not stay here again, but it wasn’t too terrible. The people next to us were loud because the walls must’ve been very thin.

Summary: My wife has mobility challenges and when we arrived at our Fairway Forest location, we didn’t realize that we would have to go down two flights of stairs to our living area. I blame myself for not asking about this before I booked the condo. The good news was the entire downstairs (bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom) had been completely renovated, and was very nice. The recreation center which included a weight room with treadmills, and 2 outdoor pools, and 1 indoor pool (with 2 hot tubs and saunas) were wonderful!! Loved the cooler temperatures in the NC mountains, and it was pretty easy to get to from middle GA.

Summary: The balcony’s are closed and have been for a while. There is no soaker tub. Management was not helpful.

Summary: This place was beautiful and peacefully relaxing. Shopping and restaurants are very limited in the area. Brevard is the closest but plenty of restaurants and shops there for a full day.

Summary: The only downside was the resort fees, since we didn’t use any of the amenities. The condo (or townhouse) was amazing. Bed comfortable, great staff! And the location was perfect for us. We went to Brevard one day and then spent time in Bryson city, smoky mountains, and pigeon Forge.

Summary: This place was a real bargain. The inside of our two-bedroom condo had been recently renovated and was very spacious. The amenities were a short drive away and mostly in good condition. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the new pickleball courts. The low price we paid was probably due to the following issues: 1. The exterior siding is rotting, 2. the golf course that this community is on is closed, 3. the balconies are closed due to damage/age. Next time I would probably bring our e-bikes, as there appears to be miles of safe (but hilly) roads around the community. Note, there is a $22/day amenities fee. Also, the check-in address provided by Hotmail was not correct; be sure to use the address provided by the hotel.

Summary: Extremely clean. Very nice, up-to-date large rooms. Upon arriving and moving into room, A/C wasn't working properly. Front desk sent a maintenance tech promptly. Could not repair so front desk attendant moved us to another room, which was excellent. Full kitchen. Recreational area was very nice.
