Positive: The unit we stayed in was immaculately clean, very spacious and everything seemed brand new. It was peacefully quiet. Our stay felt so comfortable and more luxurious than we expected. The primary bathroom was surprisingly spa like! The amenities are a bit spread out, but that kept everything from feeling overcrowded and gave us the chance to explore the beautiful area. We took advantage of the river walk, the lake, the hot tub and pool. We intend to come back to take advantage of the other amenities we ran out of time for. The younger lady at the community center was super helpful with explaining about the amenities, and the crew at the boathouse were really nice and helpful with our boat rental. The views around the lake are great!
Negative: We were very disappointed that the golf club was permanently closed-we didn’t realize that upon check in. The only public golf course was in rough condition and only a 9 hole course so that was a disappointment. One of the saunas was out of order. We couldn’t go out on the balconies at our unit, but the views were still excellent.
Summary: Spacious, clean and luxuriously comfortable, we absolutely loved our stay

Positive: We did not get a breakfast with our room. The townhouse itself was well appointed and very spacious. The price was very good for the area. Main reason we booked was because it came with the Sapphire amenities included. We also rented boats on the Sapphire Lake.
Negative: The reservation process wasn't great and was a little hard to navigate. Wanted to stay longer but the ad had quit showing up and the staff told me I had to make the reservation on line. Never could get it done so we had to leave and book something else for our extra night.
Summary: Very easy stay, except for the reservation process.
