Summary: This is a slightly dated convention hotel alongside a golf course. The breakfast was good, with fresh eggs, sausage, bacon, bagels, cereal, milk, and coffee. I stayed in a 2 queen room with a fridge, with a small freezer. But no coffee supplies provided in room. Overall, an excellent hotel.

Summary: Hotel lobby could use some updating but our room was nice and updated. Very clean and friendly service. The price was great and if we are staying in the area again we would likely stay here again.

Summary: Little to no effort put forth. Wasn’t made aware that the hotel was under renovation and no amenities were available. Until after I got to the property. The places they recommended for food were not appetizing. I was overcharged and they did not honor hotels.com pricing and they also had nothing for breakfast not even bread. Stake cereal and outdated premade sausage muffins.

Summary: Overall was a good stay, first morning there was no breakfast and the second morning there was barley any, the lights need work and the hallway music was to loud could hear it in the room.

Summary: Well this is the first time we were not to happy with the new owners. We choose the resort because its a half way point. We enjoy what you offer. The staff was excellent and you put them in a position to let us know no pool, no service with tv.no change for laundry, no restaurant. We were there 5 nights four days. We travel from Wisconsin to Illinois and back. Either stay closed until your properly prepared. If it wasn't for the staff I would have nothing good to say. Staff excellent!!!!

Summary: The living space was nice, but the bathroom was old and needed to get redone… The shower only went to my dress because it’s so short and the fan was really loud. Also, the pool was down and the restaurant was closed and the breakfast was not that good. People at the desk were very nice though.

Summary: Pool & hot tub were closed due to heat issues. Not major but kinda disappointing. Was notified the by phone call about 3 hours prior to checkin. Unfortunately no other hotels available due to sporting event in area. Shower head was great if you are 4ft tall. I’m 6’2. Overall nothing special but very accommodating otherwise. Very nice workout room. Sauna was operating

Summary: Booked a suite but gave me a standard room. Other 2 suites were booked so changed to a 3rd suite style they have minus fireplace, jetted tubs, and porch/patio. Great on getting me moved but paid for the extras that were excluded.
