Room only for rent in our house.
This is a spacious bright room with private bath and jacuzzi. It is equipped with an espresso machine, an electric kettle and refrigerator. When you arrive, there will be fresh fruits, water, snacks as well as coffee and tea in the room for you to enjoy. It features modern furniture, queen size comfortable mattress with always fresh linens, Wi-Fi, workstation, Netflix, and a lock on the door for your security. As we keep the place exceptionally clean and sanitized, we ask you to leave your shoes on the porch. Additionally, we will sanitize your room and bath with commercial grade UV light. No pets allowed on the premises. Check in is easy, as there is no keys and we will provide the entry code prior to your arrival. Parking spot is reserved for you in the driveway. We are located 1 mile to Ft. Bragg in a safe neighborhood with fresh market, restaurants, gym, hair saloon and other local businesses just around the corner. Laundry services are available for a small fee of 5$.
Registered guests only are allowed on the property. Guests must obtain owner's approval to receive visitors.

Summary: I visited this place for a stress free getaway. I give this place 4 stars. If there were towels in the bathroom this place would've had 5 stars. The jacuzzi is amazing and I enjoyed the insta approved selfies I took in the bedroom.

Summary: Easy to rent on VRBO, as a returning guest I had no difficulty finding this property. I love the jacuzzi. The room is clean and private. Someone meets you to make sure you understand how to enter and helps with luggage, or at least they always help me. Ft Bragg in just down the street. There is a grocery store close and a great NY deli almost next door, plus Mexican fast food place with huge tasty burritos. Check out “Iron Mike” at the Airborne & Special Operations Museum

Summary: It is a great and comfortable place. What little contact we had with those managing the place were very helpful and pleasant and helpful even though they didn't speak much English. We were unable to arrive until 10 pm because we got delayed on our trip. The managers waited for us and had no complaints. It was very pleasent!

Summary: The accommodations were perfect for my needs, so I reserved another week! The room was very private, jacuzzi tub amazing, super clean room, Netflix in the room and the owners left fruit, waters and chocolate for you to enjoy. The owner communicated quickly and efficiently. I felt very comfortable and safe. I highly recommend!
