Positive: The location is amazing, very green and relaxing. The facilities are very comfortable, I really liked the gym and pool area. The breakfast is the best I’ve had at any hotel. The customer service was outstanding, particularly that of Stefanie, the reception manager. She was always happy to accommodate and help with any request.
Negative: The restaurant staff is very friendly, but service during dinner can be slow between 19:30 and 20:30.

Positive: Basically I all what consider a 5* hotel the place stands with all requirements standart. The room was quite OK the staff are nice the breakfast was absolutely perfect and the facilities ( spa/ swimming pool/ gym ) are great and with high quality. But...
Negative: this hotel is definitely over high prices then its should be its not match for 340€ per night ( only with breakfast) for this rate you can get a much higher level of luxury 5* hotel. For this lavel its need to be price for around 220-280 maximum. why? 1. The hotel is quite old once but it's understandable because I guess it was built many years ago but should the hotel must be makeover ? Definitely yes! the lobby quite tried and old fusion the rooms need to be refreshing ( special the wood floor) besides that it is very boring hotel and I'm talking about the grenal atmosphere .

Positive: Very quiet and spacious rooms (largelarge glass windows). Cleanliness on a very high level. Goood breakfast. Tasty 'light' lunch / snack. Excellent dinner ; very good wine. Relaxed atmosphere ; professional service.
Negative: Should be more coffee/capsules in the room ; for the guests who wake up very early, 1 coffee is a bit too little.
Summary: What we've expected, we got it. Got few relaxed days in a very quiet, quality enviroment.
