Summary: Property was nice, beds were comfortable and was glad they had beach chairs and wagon. Property owner responded quickly to any questions I had. Only issue was refrigerator wasn’t working very well but they are having it fixed

Summary: We had a great stay in a beautiful house and neighborhood. The gated community tucked away was nice. The walk to the beach access was not far. The host was responsive and checked on us during our stay. You will not be disappointed.

Summary: The house was clean & well stocked of household items (cookware/towels). This is a great home for large groups. There is two living rooms, which was great for a multi family group. Response time with any messages or questions was answered quickly. Checking in was simple. The walk to the beach took around 10 minutes to get to the public beach access. You can take chairs but to sit front roll at the beach you will have to rent chairs. The beach was not horribly crowded and very clean. The chair rental company was very accommodating for large groups. We seen multiple manatees during our time on the beach. The overall cleanliness of the neighborhood (Villages of Crystal Beach) was not great. The landscaping around all the homes is littered with cans & trash. The pool was cloudy with lots of debris floating. We attempted pool multiple days, but found the results the same. Location of this house is great for shopping (Destin commons & Silver Sands Outlets) & food options. There is a Publix & Walmart very close by.
