This beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom WaterColor home accommodates up to 10 guests and is only a 2-minute stroll from WaterColor Beach Club and beach access! Enjoy relaxed days lying on the beach, taking advantage of the numerous community pools, footpaths, and tennis courts, or exploring the nearby Emerald Coast neighborhoods.
Soothing natural hues, tongue-and-groove walls, and warm hardwood floors come together for a harmonious, cottage-style interior in the great room on this home’s main level. In the living area, sink back into the deep couches and plush armchairs surrounding a TV and DVD player for a relaxing night with friends and family. To the side is a wood table with 6 chairs beneath a Capiz shell chandelier. Culinary-inspired guests will love the high-end appliances and ample counter space in the L-shaped kitchen, complete with a 4-stool breakfast bar and wine cooler. Head out to the attached balcony for a leisurely lunch at the 6-person patio table or curl up in the shaded porch swing while enjoying views of the bright turquoise Gulf waters. This level of the home hosts a kid-friendly bunk room with 1 set of twin-over-twin beds and 1 set of XL twin-over-twin beds.

Summary: The location was amazing. Convenient to resort and beach. The house was nice and comfortable. There was mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom and master closet from condensation from the AC vents. Constantly dripping on the floor. I had to place towels on the floor. There was a moldy smell in the master bedroom as a result. My clothes smelled moldy from being in that master closet. I would stay there again if that issue was resolved. I did inform 360 blue but no response regarding the mold.

Summary: The house was wonderful!. Top notch decor -- not just beachy furniture. High quality in all ways. The location is ideal, across from Grayton Park at the end of a quiet street and steps from the Watercolor Beach Club. Only hitch was we couldn't park in the garage (as advertised) due to owners golf carts.

Summary: Thank you for an incredible stay at your beautiful home. We were there for a wedding and it was so perfect to be close to the venues and all of the wedding party and other guests. The seven of us were very comfortable and the amenities were wonderful. The golf cart made our trip! The proximity to the beach was also fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Summary: The location is great BUT the house needs updated BAD. This isn't a cheap rental. It is a Monet, great from afar but not good up close. Everything dirty. Couch dirty, chairs dirty, pillows on beds, walls need wiped (esp in master bath)and light switches. For being cleaned weekly I think it is ran down - the garage dirty like it has never been swept or etc. Windows full of dead bugs and filthy. Front porch full of bugs on clg. We have stayed in this area 4x this year alone and this was the worst house by far. Master bathroom big but really awkward-huge shower but one stupid shower head and wide open. Most of the blinds or shutters don't work on windows-they are broke. I was disappointed in quality of this house and how it has been maintained. The only good thing I can say is the air conditioning stopped in the Master Bedroom and maintenance came within 30 min of calling them. Also, the location is fun and the golf cart is nice and street legal. FYI hidden Juul pods in kids games in bunk room lol.
