Positive: The motel is near the bus stop for bus 30 and 40 which went to the falls

Negative: The WiFi was very poor television impacted by this. Rooms small especially bathroom and walls paper thin so were worken when next door arrived early morning and then kept awake by their snoring

Positive: We had a wonderful stay! We booked three rooms, and all of them were clean and comfortable. The location was very close to Niagara Falls, which made everything very convenient. The owner was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. She also allowed us to check out late without charging any extra fee. We really appreciated her hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

Positive: The lady who own the hotel was very friendly. The room was clean.

Negative: It was too far from the city. Brackfast was not included. No restaurant was near the motel. I had to take a taxi for brackfast.

Summary: Hotel is too far from the city. You really need a car or taxi to go to the city. Host is friendly and the room is clean.
