Positive: What a wonderful stay. The house had everything we needed, from pots and pans to towels and bed linens. The neighborhood was very quiet, and you felt very safe. The location was perfect no matter which direction you were going in. We will definitely return in the future, and I would recommend this location to our friends and family. Carroll and Andre do a wonderful job on communicating and they take pride in this Airbnb and they want to see their visitors have nice visit with no worries.

Negative: There was nothing that we didn't like.

Summary: This was our first time doing an Airbnb, and it was a stay that we would do again.

Positive: The location is fantastic. Close to the falls, Whirlpool State Park and Devil’s Hole state Park. The house was very clean and organized. Great informational brochures showing attractions and amenities. Really helpful for us. Linens and towels were provided for us. Super grateful also for the working air conditioning. Keyless entry was also a plus. Also, the Wifi works!

Negative: We missed not having a washer and dryer. The furniture is very dated, low to the ground and lacked any postural support. The floors, especially upstairs, were very creaky. The combination of colour choices and lighting made it feel very dark and creepy especially at night. I’ll be honest here, I also didn’t like the fact that USD$100 was withheld from my security deposit because we had an unexpected guest. I felt we were very respectful of the house and it could have been overlooked.

Positive: The property owner was quick to respond with any questions I had. The keyless entry made it easy for me to give other family members the keycode, and we could all arrive at various times to the house. The quaint and quiet neighborhood made backyard game nights feel safe for our family visit. The house was spacious for our extended family to stretch out and each have a room per couple. The home was cozy and welcoming for family meals. The home had beautiful unique features that only older homes can have. I would stay there again!

Negative: The kitchen could have been better stocked with cooking skillets, bowls, etc. But most people probably do not cook like it do.
