Positive: Front of House staff was so friendly and helpful. She emailed me to check my arrival time in case the reception is closed. We managed to arrive before reception closed. the check in procedure was easy and quick. She called the unit about 15min later to make sure we got in to the studio and asked if everything is fine. I asked about turning the heat down for the fireplace and she walked me through it. Excellent service! We love the jacuzzi in the bathroom, the fireplace, the balcony, comfortable bed. Location was great, 15min drive to Scenic World. List of nearby eateries can be found in the studio too. Everything was thoughtfully planned and cleanliness was top notch! I would gladly come back again. Highly recommended!
