Summary: Relaxing, everything we needed, enjoy TV in the evening, I love the little fireplace. Expect a full bedroom in the downstairs bedroom, but it was perfectly adequate. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: This is a great place to stay. Very clean, updated and comfortable. Loved the “fireplace “ that provided both heat and atmosphere. Price was right too. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: The property is exactly as posted. Very comfortable, great yard for my mom's dog. A little lacking in seating for more than three people. My mom is a very short 81 year old lady. She was challenged by the steps entering the house with no railing. She was also not able to reach the chains to turn the overhead light off to keep the fan on. Watching her try and brush her teeth with the super high sink in the bathroom was entertaining. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, great location and communication with the owner was easy.

Summary: What a cute, neat and clean, comfortable home. Close to downtown and easy access to Rt. 50. Our host worked with us on a couple of "issues" we had beforehand, and was so friendly and accommodating. We would absolutely stay there again, and highly recommend it!

Summary: Lovely home. Very comfortable. Close to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Accommodating hosts. Hubby and I stayed with another couple and their dog for our high school reunion weekend. We had so much fun and our time was made even better staying at the Sleepy Howard House. Thank you!!
