Summary: This was our 2nd stay. The hosts were very accommodating for our last minute booking, arriving early before the predicted snow on the I70 mountains. The house is perfect in every way, and so convenient for our visit to family in Delta.

Summary: We visited with our grandkids and their aunt. The house was perfect for our needs with two bedrooms up and master down. Kitchen is very nicely equipped. Backyard was a pleasant retreat where we spent most mornings. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and easy walks to downtown and a neighborhood park. The kids ended most days Cleland park. Delta is about an hour from Grand Mesa, Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Colorado National Monument and Ouray or Telluride. Our hosts were very gracious and answered any questions that we had. We had a great stay!

Summary: We loved every minute of our stay in this beautiful house!!! Attention to detail can not be matched! Even down the thoughtfulness of water bottles waiting for us in every room! The house was warm and welcoming and made us feel like home! We will DEFINITELY stay there again!!
