Summary: Comfortable home, quite neighborhood, family-owned home. The house is fairly well equipped in the kitchen. The furniture and furnishings are not new, but they are comfortable and work well. The owner was thoughtful and flexible in allowing us to check in early. Phone calls seem to be more successful in reaching the owner than email, text messages, etc. Both patio tables did not have chairs for sitting out on the patio. We were told that there were camping fold out chairs in the basement. It ended up being functional, but required a bit of effort. I was surprised it was quite different than the pictures that show chairs/umbrella on the patio. If you enjoy sitting outside on the patio for a meal, I would ask the owner if they have been able to get chairs for the patio yet.

Summary: Wish there was a TV. Otherwise, very good place for my family and I to stay while running around the area preparing for our move West. Clean, basic, and to the point. The back yard, play set, and play area that was inside was perfect for our toddler. Could use a booster for cell calls, but WiFi works well. All in all a good value and a safe, clean and quiet place.

Summary: We enjoyed staying at this house. Great for a family get together. We loved cooking in the spacious kitchen and spending time together in the dining /living room. The kids loved the basement and the pingpong table very much.

Summary: We had a wonderful week in the Hibernia Knoll Cottage. The house and huge lot make it easy to relax and enjoy nature. I truly enjoyed having my morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the landscaped yard and listening to the birds. Not quite Fall, the leaves were just starting to change adding a magic touch to the area. The house had everything we needed. The house was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to find things. Lots of towels and extras. The WiFi/Internet was strong and fast, enabling us to make some video calls to keep in touch with family. We had a very relaxing and relaxing week here.

Summary: This property was absolutely perfect for my husband and I and 2 teenage boys. We were in the area for a lacrosse tournament. Home was clean, quiet and in a great location. Great place to come home to and relax after a long hot day of sports. Boys especially liked the ping pong table! Highly recommend, would definitely stay there again.
