Summary: My family and I chose to stay here during the State Wrestling tournament to be away from all of the busy hotels. It was a very nice property in a quiet neighborhood that had more then enough room for all of us. This property had all of the necessities and than a whole lot more to make the stay more enjoyable. It was beyond nice to end a 12 or 13 hour long day with being able to relax in a living room drinking tea and watching TV while the kids were in the loft and everyone not being on-top of each other. The Property manager was very responsive and made the stay easy and process pleasant. The full size refrigerator and the washer and dryer are something that you take for granite and are nice to have on a longer stay. This property will be our first choice, before any hotels or other houses, when we are in Des Moines.

Summary: May I recommend a natural gas insert for fireplace. Not much of a screen watcher, I rather visit with a fire on when visiting in the winter. Otherwise the property was an excellent venue.

Summary: Our favorite DSM place to stay! We visited in the summer and loved the place so much, we knew we wanted to book it the next time we were in Des Moines! Excellent property. Perfect location, perfect property!

Summary: Beautiful property. Location was very quiet and perfect for our family. Shared driveway was hard to access due to neighbors’ many cars, but street parking was safe and convenient.

Summary: We found ourselves suddenly needing to stay an additional week in Des Moines, and snagged up this gem. The kids had fun on the upper floor, playing games and getting out energy. We - adults and kids - had a sleepover up there. So cozy. The kitchen is nicely stocked for preparing meals (pans, Tupperware, serving spoons, bowls). We were happy to have a greater range of dishes than the previous place we rented. Sadly we couldn’t get the gas grill working, but it wasn’t a problem. Overall, highly recommend!

Summary: We booked the house kind of last minute. Communication was excellent. The house was clean and well stocked. It had everything you needed from towels to cook wear to bandaids. I had two quick messages to the host, and she responded immediately. We would stay there again!
