Bright and breezy house with ocean views in quiet cul-de-sac. Open plan upstairs with living, kitchen, main bedroom and rear north facing deck. Balcony with ocean views overlooking treetops, sliding doors at each end of the house allow afternoon sea breezes to flow through. Dine inside or enjoy a BBQ on the deck.
Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, main bathroom with European laundry and a second living area with sofa bed, TV and PlayStation. All new furniture, bedding and appliances throughout.
Secure backyard allows children to play in safety, playground access is a short 200 metre walk away.
Located between Torquay and Bells Beach (home of the Rip Curl Pro surfing competition), Jan Juc offers a relaxing, laid back atmosphere with access to local cafes & eateries.
For those keen to get out and experience the area you can enjoy a round of golf, swim in the beautiful beaches, explore the stunning rock pools or take a walk along the many cliff-top coastal tracks offered.

Summary: This is an absolutely wonderful home and a great place to stay. We really enjoyed our time here as it had everything we needed to prepare meals, enjoy the view and stretch out and relax after a long day on the coast. Clean and well maintained. It is a wonderful location that allowed us to walk to a great cafe, excellent parks and the beach. And the host was fantastic to work with.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much at this place. It was modern, clean, bright & spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, including pantry items, tea & coffee. All 3 bedrooms had a queen bed, and two had ensuites. It’s close to the beach and a very short drive to Torquay shops and cafes. There was also a well kept decent sized backyard for the kids to play in. Kerrie was very responsive in communicating with us. Thank you so much. We’d love to stay here again.

Summary: Such a clean, comfortable and modern property. The living space was really spacious and the pantry and kitchen were well equipped. Everything exceeded our expectations. We had a great stay with our 3 older children.

Summary: We spent a long weekend with some friends and kids and we had the best time. This place is beautiful, big, clean, bright, and well-furnished. There was everything we needed in the kitchen; lovely evenings cooking pizza all together or having a BBQ. We highly recommend this place, everything was fantastic !

Summary: We had a wonderful time staying at Kerries house, so much space, beautiful garden and amazing view from the balcony. Great facilities, everything you need in the house and only 5 mins drive to shopes in Torquay or all the nearby beaches. The only feedback - would be great for one of the bedrooms to have 2 single rather than all double/queen - just bit easier if kids dont like sharing bed. Other than that, 100% recommend, we loved our stay in this property and definetly cone back again. Thank you Kerrie!!!
