Between Blanes (Costa Brava, about 5km) and Tordera (Maresme, about 3km) you will find your dream holiday home - the CASA MIRADOR - with large private pool.
In a few minutes you are on the beautiful sandy beaches of Blanes or Lloret.
The detached house - on a 1000 sqm large garden property - has been completely renovated and modernized, 2013.
The CASA MIRADOR located on a ridge in the heart of the urbanization 'Mas Mora'.
You have an incredible panoramic view of the surrounding terrace. The sea and Blanes with its beaches at your feet. The mountains of 'Montseny' and the pine and cork oak forests are shown in the other direction. The fireworks that lit up the night sky over Blanes in summer light are to admire from here perfectly.
Down the hall you reach the living / dining room with kitchen and fireplace, the first Shower room and to the 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double bed, 1 room with bunk beds - there is also an extra bed for a 7th be placed person).
All rooms (except the room with the bunk beds) have direct access to the surrounding terrace.
The laundry room and a second shower located near the pool on the lower level.
The pool (7.5 x 4 m) is surrounded by a stone terrace with sunbeds. Furthermore, there is a pergola with table and chairs by the pool. A small outdoor plan kitchen is located under the house and also a table tennis table. Toys for children, there are also.
Dogs are welcome and stay free with us.
Extensive hiking trails with great views are within a few minutes. A restaurant is located very close.

Summary: We stayed for 10 nights, a couple with a 15 month old, plus a set of grandparents. The house had absolutely everything we could want for our stay, we didn't lack for anything. The baby had plenty of space to run around and explore. The swimming pool was lovely. The ping pong table was put to good use. Lots of spaces to sit, have a coffee, and enjoy the fantastic views to the sea. The area is quite hilly, we used a car to go to the nearest supermarket, a 7 min drive away. Communication with the host with perfect, she was a very kind and generous host and always available over Whatsapp for any questions. Would repeat without hesitation!

Summary: The house is just amazing! Everything is perfect! Very relaxing place! The pool is so nice as well as all the rooms of the house, all of them very well decorated which makes you feel at home. I will go back for sure! Kathrin is a great host and an adorable person. Thank you so much for these amazing days!

Summary: The house is really nice and well equipped with everything you'll need for your stay, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There's multiple outdoor spaces to relax, and a nice and cheap bodega on the same street. Last but not least, Kathrin and Günter were perfect hosts, and gave us good advices about the restaurants and activities in the area.

Summary: We had a great stay at Casa Mirador! The villa is modern, clean and brand new. The lovely owners Kathrin & Gunter made sure we had everything we needed and more! The garden and pool area are fantastically kept and we enjoyed dining outside. The area and location of Casa Mirador is extremely convenient and close to many towns. We enjoyed wandering around the neighbourhood and looking at the beautiful scenery. We have a 5month old baby and we felt very comfortable in the villa- which is definitely child friendly. We look forward to visiting again!
