The open floor plan is at the heart of Vincy Villa as the uninterrupted interior seamlessly connects the sweeping front patio to the private rear pool deck. The Pool Deck has 1 camera that provides added security and covers a portion of pool deck. This camera is only reviewed following a security event.
Four breezy bedrooms provide ample space for accommodating groups of varying sizes. An abundance of house plants creates a true "Living Space" in every room throughout the house. And the living room features a 85" home theatre system perfect for movie nights.

Summary: The home is situated up a hill so you have beautiful views of Cotton Valley and the sea beyond the valley. Owner was very receptive to requests.

Summary: Pros-1- View was stunning2- Host was responsive and easy to work with3- Location to East End was greatCons-1- Kitchen was filled with roach poop. We even saw live roaches upon arrival. We understand bugs are inevitable in the islands, but the amount of droppings was excessive in the kitchen cabinets.2- Pool area looked nothing like pictures and hasn’t been maintained. Chairs missing cushions, hoses lying everywhere around property, and some furniture missing from pictures. Cameras on pool deck and not stated in listing. Pool drain missing cover which seemed like a safety issue with kids.3-Amount of functional beach equipment not adequate for number of guests. Only 2 useable chairs to bring to beach. Overall, this property could be wonderful, but it needs a lot of TLC.

Summary: This is a very comfortable home - Not luxury but very nice - well equipped. The hosts, Kyle and Robin were GREAT - responded quickly to any question and need. We would return with no hesitation. Only recommendations might be to upgrade/refresh the pool furniture. The pool was great - in the sun all day. Was a great two week stay.

Summary: Property was exactly like listed plenty of amenities, very nice pool. Beautiful views of mountains and ocean. Kyle was great gave us plenty of advise on places to go and eat and beaches to visit.

Summary: This was one of our favorite stays ever as a family. The house was comfortable, spacious, and quiet. We spent a lot of time in the pool and watching movies on the big couch. We are also nature lovers so listening to the many bird species call while watching the sunrise on the front patio was amazing. All amenities worked great. Plenty of hot water for showers. Mattresses were comfortable. All in all a great stay for us.

Summary: We had a great stay here, the house was very clean and equipped with all basic things you need, towels, cooking supplies, games, sitting, etc. The views were AMAZING, just sitting on the deck in the morning was lovely. You had the area to yourself, no worries about close neighbors. The host responded very fast with any questions I had and helpful tips. 100% recommend for anyone looking for a more secluded area on the east end with beautiful views!

Summary: The house is off 7 Flags about 20 minutes east of Christiansted. At the bottom of the road there are a few places to eat, we enjoyed the Sausage Shack the most. The house offers 4 bedrooms, two on each side of the house with Jack and Jill bathrooms, a large dining/kitchen, and a large living room with sectional and the biggest tv I’ve seen in a house. The workout room/laundry room has an exterior entrance next to the pool and is equipped with lifetime fitness workout machines, which we only tested the mirror to see how it worked and otherwise didn’t use. The washer/dryer worked perfect. The only issue we had while there was the AC in the main part of the house had something wrong with it but the host was quick to respond and sent the repair man out right away. The ACs in the bedrooms worked incredibly well. The house has solar so when there was a rolling blackout one day everything in the house still worked with the exception of the ACs. The internet was spotty and worked better in some rooms than others but it got the job done.

Summary: Great house for a family. We spent the days at the beach and then were able to retreat back to the house for dinners and the pool. My family loved it. Kyle was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Summary: Awesome experience! Kyle was extremely helpful in guiding us after some hilly roads to a peaceful abode. Escaping a busy work environment to this heavenly home was exactly what we asked for. Extremely quiet and waking up to a beautiful uplifting sunrise across the ocean amongst chirping birds. We were essentially home with all supplies and pots and pans and lots of spices to cook with. Kids loved the swimming pool. Workout was essential to me so there was a stationary bike and enough weights and a bench to get me through. Lots of restaurants nearby. Beautiful beaches a short drive away. Kyle was extremely helpful. Air conditioning went out one day and he got someone from the Energy department to come and resolve the issue promptly. Overall a great experience. If we return to the Island we know exactly where we will be staying. Janif

Summary: Vincy Villa was the perfect spot for our family getaway to St. Croix. The location was 10/10 for what we were looking for. The views were absolutely stunning and we were a short drive from a fantastic beach as well as all Christiansted had to offer. It was located on the East End which was much more secluded than we anticipated but we loved it. You very likely want a 4x4 to get you up the mountain to where the house is situated. It is a bit of a hairy drive up but well worth it once you arrive. The home itself is well stocked with very comfy beds. Kyle was super responsive and helpful with recommendations. He even stopped up twice for various reasons to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would absolutely recommend.
