Come experience all that The Cape has to offer without dealing with the miles of traffic crossing the bridges! This beautiful 1901 Colonial is updated with all the amenities and freshly painted with tranquil seaside colors. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one on each floor) and bonus room with daybed/trundle (on the first floor). Sleeps up to 10. Home has central air conditioning, gas fireplace in the living room, a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the conveniences of home. Sleeping accommodations include bed linens, bath towels, and pool/beach towels. living room with large flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, DVDs, Netflix, Prime Videos, Wi-fi, & games. Master bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable, Netflix, Prime Videos. Yard has beautiful gardens, hot tub, above ground pool (in season), and fire pit area. Deck has dining table and barbeque grill. Croquet, Ladder ball, Corn Hole, and Mega Chess are available to enjoy.
Just a short walk to Electric Beach, a handicapped accessible beach with public boat launch, swings, and jumping off dock for the kids. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and seasonal fireworks either from the beach or from the water, on kayaks or stand-up paddle board which are available for your use. Walk to the Buzzards Bay Park beside the Cape Cod Canal, complete with playground and splash pad, picnic area, and enjoy Concerts by the Canal on Thursday evenings. You can fish from the banks of the canal, walk, roller blade, or ride your bike on the 7-mile bike path and experience the Cape Cod Canal Railroad Bridge, with vertical lift. Also in close proximity are various bars, restaurants, and ice cream shops, bowling/arcade, antique shops, and the National Marine Life Center. Just 2 miles to the Bourne Bridge and 5 miles to the Sagamore Bridge, you can explore the Cape on your own time without dealing with the high traffic times on the weekends. 5 Minute drive to Onset Beach, 7-mile drive to Scusset Beach and approx. 2 miles to miniature golf, go carts, and Water Wizz water park. Also nearby, experience the Cape Cod Railroad tours and dinner train, whale watches, The Cape Cod Baseball League (free), golf courses, fishing charters, canal & sunset cruises... the possibilities are endless. Summary: Our stay at Denise's was very enjoyable. There were many amenities at the house, including convenient items like high chair for our little one. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house was clean and spacious and having two full bathrooms was key for our group. The pool was a huge plus. The area was nice for walking and we loved strolling to electric beach or driving the short distance to Onset beach, both of which are ideal for small kids and not overly crowded. Denise was responsive and helpful. Overall a good experience and would recommend it.

Summary: The property is convenient to beaches, ice cream shops, restaurants, playground, and Cape Cod Canal. The pool is a great addition for kids and the hot tub was relaxing. Definately a worthwhile property and area!

Summary: We came down for a nice and relaxing vacation for a week and had the best time. The kid's ages 17, 15, 15, 11, 11 and 10 had a blast playing chess in the yard, swimming and the hot tub. The 3 younger kid's spent a lot of time on the swingset while the adults would enjoy the back patio relaxing and vooking on the grill. We also played a lot of cards and ate all our meals at the big dinning room table that fit all 10 of us. Everyday we would go for a ride to beaches and shopping, even did whale watching which was amazing. Denise the host was amazing and she checked in with us upon arrival and made sure everything was great during our stay also. She provided an ornament for our tree with a picture of the house on it and we are excited to hang it this year on our tree. We would definitely stay here again :) thank you Denise for letting us enjoy your amazing house.

Summary: Our family with two young kiddos had a blast jumping between pool, hot tub, games, playground, kayaking, and seafood lunches, all available on site or walking distance. The house itself was very nice and well maintained. Overall we were very impressed with our stay at the Dragonfly.

Summary: The Dragonfly House was a great option for our stay in the Cape Cod area. It was clean, spacious, and within a reasonable drive to many attractions, which was great since we experienced cooler temperatures and had to rearrange our plans a bit. Although we didn’t get to use the pool, we were able to use the hot tub, kayaks, and bikes which were all added bonuses for our stay there. Denise was great to work with through the entire process! We would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in the Cape Cod area.
