Located on the hill side of the tranquil village of Faralya, Villa Yusufcuk (Dragonfly Villa) is a luxurious villa providing comfort, space and privacy, the perfect location to kick back and relax.
This villa has 3 large en suite bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. It is surrounded by pretty gardens with fruit orchards and olive groves. There is a 12 meter pool, shaded seating areas, as well as an outside kitchen including pizza oven and a built in BBQ. The nearest beach is just 15 minutes walk along a delightful wooded track.
The villa is a 20 minute scenic mountain drive from the resort of Oludeniz, and 1 hour 15 minutes from Dalaman airport. Located near the beginning of the famous Lycian Way, walkers can explore the paths near the villa or relax in simple road side cafes or dine at restaurants at nearby Kabak.
There are many trips and excursions available from Oludeniz including white water rafting, jeep safaris, boat trips, Pammukale, and Ephesus. Oludeniz is specifically well known for being one of the best places in the world for paragliding, due to its tall mountain (Babadag), and stunning views. It attracts both professional and tourist paragliding, and you can book a paragliding experience with a professional pilot and glide down from the mountain top, landing on the promenade.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:
Bathroom, pool towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleaning and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.
Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Summary: Villa Yusufcuk is an impressive modern and incredibly spacious property, that has been finished to the highest standard. The private setting is idyllic, with breathtaking views of the ocean, which can be enjoyed from the beautiful terrace and various outdoor seating areas. The large swimming pool is a spectacular feature and the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the stunning local landscape. Internally the villa is stylish and elegantly decorated, it has high end appliances and every possible amenity one coud require. We throughly enjoyed our stay at this immaculate villa, it is a 5 star property and we would not hesitate to return.

Summary: We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at this villa in Faralya. Ahmed, the villa host, provided recommendations and assistance for trips and restaurants, all of which we did and thoroughly enjoyed. The villa is in superb condition with everything we needed. Although it has been a hot week, we always found shade and comfort in the house and around the pool. Ahmed has so thoughtfully created spaces that work throughout the day and evening but there is so much to do in the local area, we feel we still have more to explore. We enjoyed a beautiful evening at the Olive Garden, with transport provided, a great boat trip from Fethiye and lovely road trips to Xanthos and Kayakoy. We really enjoyed the water park not far away with our 8 and 10 year old children. Thank you Ahmed for giving us a thorough runthrough ahead of our holiday, giving excellent suggestions and making our holiday seamless and memorable. Just walking up to the top of the hill, turning right, the first restaurant you come to is also worth a visit for good food, views and a Turkish feel. Summary: The villa is amazing. Very spacious, has everything you need and very comfortable. Gorgeous pool. The property is remote, so definitely need a car, and the roads can take a bit of getting used to initially. We enjoyed going to Fethiye and looking around the old town. A lot nicer than Olu Deniz in our opinion. Babadag cable car to watch the paragliders taking off is worth doing too. Another highlight was hiring a private boat for a few hours. We had lunch at some of the more local restaurants closer to the villa which we would recommend if not wanting to go far. We walked to Aktas beach, and enjoyed a swim once there (take sea shoes), however it was too hot a walk for the children so didn’t do that again - probably worth doing if not August heat! Ahmed, the owner of the villa, was very helpful with any questions we had. The villa is really spectacular.

Summary: We are a family of six, who rented this fantastically beautiful villa. Everything about the house is beautiful and functional. The house is located in the beautiful surroundings of nature and the wildest sea view. Our host Ahmed, was so dedicated to make our trip perfect …. and succeeded. With Ahmed's help we were able to rent a boat for the family birthday with the good and funny Captain T. . A wonderfull day on the sea. We had the most delicious food at good Turkish restaurants and then we just couldn't get enough of the house and the surroundings. The sweetest gardener who brought us juicy fruits. Summary: It can always be a little hit and miss when booking villas online that you've never been to before. I had never been to Turkey before so I was a little apprehensive. This villa and the experience we had during our stay totally exceeded our expectations. The house and pool are fabulous, the owner was without doubt the most friendly and helpful owner I have ever booked with. He helped us book onto a fantastic private boat for the day which was the highlight of our holiday, taking us out for to swim in private turquoise coves and BBQ, drinks, teas etc. I cannot recommend this place enough, you will not be disappointed. It is a short drive from Olideniz which is stunning from the mountain drive down. Also it is very close to a fabulous restaurant called The Olive Garden where you will be looked after impeccably and served the best prawns by far! The villa is a 20 min walk down through pine trees to a secluded rock cove with crystal clear water, it has something for everyone. You will not be disappointed with your stay here, we had the best holiday by far.

Summary: This villa is beautiful! It’s set on the side of the mountain with sea views out across the bay from every bedroom. The sunsets each evening were stunning. The property was as pictured - large, clean and well appointed but this villa goes beyond the pictures. The standard of decor and equipment really makes the place. The fridge with water dispenser and ice maker was great and the kitchen had sharp knives and good pans plus every gadget you need to self cater. The pool was well equipped too. The grounds were fabulous with a choice of outdoor eating areas and seating areas as well as the large well maintained pool. The owner Ahmed and his gardener were very generous in offering us grapes and figs from the garden. The BBQ area has a sink and fridge as well as the BBQ and pizza oven. We didn’t use the pizza oven given the information that it takes 5hrs to hear for pizzas but the BBQ was in regular use! The property is remote and there is a picturesque winding coast road to Olu Deniz (20 minutes). Days out like Saklikent gorge are a 1.5 hour drive. The roads took some getting used to as there are plenty of steep hairpins. You definitely need your own transport. We enjoyed the Olive Garden as a local place to eat. Ahmed and his wife were both fantastic at all stages. We were the first guests after coronavirus started and their attention to cleanliness and COVID safety was just right. They supported us with local knowledge and even showed us the local beach and helped when we accidentally left an item when we left the villa. I can’t recommend this villa and Ahmed & his wife highly enough. We had a fabulous, relaxing, safe and amazingly beautiful holiday here and we would go back in a heartbeat.

Summary: This property was absolutely amazing!! Everything you could possibly need was there and the villa and location was stunning!! Ahmed was extremely helpful, introducing us to local restaurants and even taking us to beaches that were hard to find. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. This is definitely a villa we would love to stay in again.....I strongly recommend it.

Summary: Just returned from a wonderful stay Villa Yusufcuk Faralya, Fethiye. The property was absolutely stunning and equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. Really appreciated being able to use parasol, cool box and ice blocks, pool inflatables. Owner was really friendly and helped us get the best from our holiday. Really detailed information pack for the villa was fantastic as were all of the advice and recommendations for places to eat and help with transfer from airport. Special thanks to Mehmet the gardener who kept us supplied with beautiful fruit from the gardens. Villa is remote being 15 mins from town along a winding mountain road. This makes for a beautiful view of the sea, but a car is essential. Small issue getting into the villa initially due to jammed key safe, but this was quickly sorted once we contacted the owner.
