This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is very close to all amenities. It is a 5 minute drive from the airport (you’ll never hear them though), 10 minute drive to down town Charlottetown and 20 minutes to the beach. There are two playgrounds in the neighborhood with a large soccer complex up the road. The home is centrally located on PEI so you can make a day trip to either end to take in all that our beautiful Island has to offer. Our home has two living rooms with TVs, a large kitchen to make yourself at home in, plenty of bathrooms and 4 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Best place to relax and launch into summer on PEI.

Summary: This property was perfect for our stay in Charlottetown. The 3 bedrooms made it very comfortable for our group. The house was very spacious and well laid out with all the amenities we could ask for. Sandra communicated well with me and had everything we needed. The only thing I would suggest is adding bar stools at the island.

Summary: The location though rural was close to airport, highways and downtown Charlottetown. Very peaceful. The host checked in on day of arrival, left a welcome gift of local amenities and was very responsive to inquiries throughout the stay. The house was superb! I would definitely seek out this property were I to make a return trip.

Summary: I cannot say enough positive things about our experience in PEI. The Island itself is a great family destination. Add to that an amazing, clean, convenient and welcoming fully set up home as our accomodations for the week and the trip was Perfect! My husband and I traveled with our two kids (7 and 9) and my parents who are both in their mid 70s. I would like to add that this was my parents first non hotel/rental experience as well, and they could not stop raving about it! I have officially converted them. Lol It could not have been better. From my first communications with Sandra to our ongoing open communication throughout and after. The home was clean, organized and accommodated every single one of our needs. The home was spacious, close to just about everything and the special attention by Sandra was the icing on the cake. Your welcome and recommendation booklet was THE best with great recommendations of what to do, where and when to go to all the best PEI attractions. Including "things to do on a rainy day" which turned out to be incredibly helpful considering it rained the first three days of our trip and on and off throughout the whole week. I would/will definitely book this home again and recommend it to anyone I know going to PEI as a group. Thank you again Sandra. You've done a wonderful job. Stephanie and family.
