The property has 2 Newly Gorgeous Renovated Stone Villas, 250m2 each, totally independent to each other. They are located off the coast of Ionian Sea, in Navarino Bay in the beautiful Southern Peloponnese in Greece resides a 3 story Villa from the 1800’s that is situated on a ½ acre plot surrounded by a scenery of ageless olive groves and a sea view from atop the hill that exudes pure relaxation and luxury. The Villa is tastefully designed and furnished with upgraded kitchens & bathrooms in a Myconian Mediterranean décor with Jacuzzi tub, hammam and an outdoor living room designed for comfort and lounging.
The villa is surrounded by a garden with a private heated pool, an outdoor bar, kids playground, ping pong table, soccer table and an outdoor parking space in the property.
The entrance to the villa is in the main floor (1st level) which features a spacious, comfortable living area with dramatic arches and delightful furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, one bathroom and living room area with luxurious white linen sofas in front of a fireplace. The interior of the house is mostly wood doors that open to a terrace overlook the pool from where you can enjoy amazing views of the bay and the sunset. Stairway will take you to the (2nd level) where the 3 bedrooms & 2 baths are situated. One master suite includes a queen bed with private bath & balcony with pool and sea view, 2 bedrooms with balcony, sharing a hall bath that has a large window with a view to the pool and sea. All beds have new mattresses and linens.
Lower Level “Guest House” is a spacious, charming and cozy cottage with a twin bed (two full size 120cm single beds), 3 sofas, kitchenette, table, closet, a full bathroom and a storeroom. It can Accommodate more than 3 Guests, ideal for a couple, kids or teenagers.
The spa with view to the garden, the pool and the sea, is also situated in this level, but it is separated from the rest of the house as it has a different entrance. It is equipped with a hammam (marble seats for 3 person), a Jacuzzi hot tub for two and a WC also for pool users. An outdoor living area with built in lounge couches and a bar top area.

Summary: Our stay could not have been better! Two families, 10 people and it was spacious and comfortable. The hosts were lovely and very attentive. House was cleaned and towels provided daily. The location was peaceful and perfect distance into town, a 5 minute drive. I will definitely stay there again.

Summary: We had a delightful 10 days in Pylos staying in one of the two properties in this listing. Vicky was a friendly and helpful host, and we enjoyed the well equipped villa, charming town of Pylos and gorgeous surrounding area. We stayed in the Endless Blue villa (the left hand property on the pictures) and had ample space for our family. Access is shared with the small property behind the villas and privacy is good to the other rental property but no doubt they work best when hired as a whole. For families with smaller children, it’s worth noting that the swimming pool has a constant depth of around 1.7 metres and the shallow paddling pool at Endless Blue was out of order when we stayed. Supermarkets are very close to hand, making self catering easy, and Pylos offers many eating options - we particularly enjoyed O Koukos. A day exploring Navarino Bay on a boat rented in town was also a real highlight! Overall, a charming villa and lovely area of Greece we hadn’t previously discovered.

Summary: Outstanding house, amazing views of the endless Greek blue sea and sky. Vicky is a lovely host and Marina a wonderful housekeeper. Pylos is a must try Greek destination. I will never forget the view of sunset from the bathroom window. The best shower ever! We can’t wait to go back.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at the Blue Horizon. I loved that there was someone to come and refresh the home daily. That took a lot of stress off of me since I had my family come participate with me and my husband at the Ironman 70.3. The accommodations were perfect for our crew. The town was nice and close and so was the store. Some of woke early and walked into town. We drove and had dinner on the water every night! Fabulous view of the water and sunsets... Such a beautiful place. Would stay here again!!

Summary: Excellent place for a family plus friends. 6-8 people can stay very comfortable in a luxurious place; 10 will be crowded. Very nice host and extremely well kept property.

Summary: We were to families total 9 guests in the Villa The villa is in a marvelous point above Pylos( on one hand full privacy and on the other hand close to town- 2 minutes by car), a stunning landscape from the villa to the town and the sea. The villa itself was comfortable for both families ,equipped and designed with modern country style . The swimming pool was wonderful ,big enough , clean and well equipped And..... to the personal touch , Vicky the owner of the villa is there for you doing her best with success to let you enjoy and have the best time. It is felt and for us was very important We offered Vicky to prepare a basic package for needed staff for the arrivals ( basic cleaning staff, basic food) just for the beginning... In conclusion, a fantastic villa , absolutely recommended for a perfect vacation in style in an amazing area of Pylos and around.

Summary: The property is beautiful - the views are stunning and the home is also lovely. Unfortunately however, our stay was ruined by several things. Firstly, upon arrival there was no hamper of basic essentials (so imagine no milk, oil, basic foods) and after a very long journey with a child it was a shock. We had just stayed at a similar property in the Athens Riveria that had provided us with basics upon arrival (and even yoghurt for breakfast) - so we were very disappointed with the lack of basic food items one needs to prepare a meal. The wine glasses were very dirty upon arrival and there was no functional cork screw. The owner or manager was on the property constantly and despite not having given us a tour of the house initially (and explained the various light switches etc) she would constantly come onto the property to tell us which towels to use and told us not to use the shutters to open the window (so the view could not be enjoyed). Also, they took a passport from us (to copy details) and did not return this which was highly concerning. Despite the beauty of the villa it seriously needs some improvement in terms of service.

Summary: We had a very memorable stay last year with our family. The house is very large and accommodated us perfectly. All rooms were beautifully decorated with quality furnishings, Windows were all protected with fly wire screens. Fitted with quality appliances and large range of utensils, crockery, and small appliances such as coffee machine. The free coffee, herbs/oils, and some kitchen and cleaning items that were made available were appreciated. All linen, towels are of great quality and beautiful bathroom products provided which was greatly appreciated. A new washing machine was fitted and laundry products given to us to make our job easier as we had a long stay. Each bedroom had its own shower and/or bath. Beds very comfortable. Layout very good and lots of space. Glorious views of Navarino Bay, Skaftiria Island and Pylos, you can't beat these views. Swimming pool was private, beautiful and large and regularly cleaned. The kids loved using everyday. Pool towels were provided. The owner even gave us some beach towels to use as we didn't have any. Close by to Pylos (we used car) which has a lovely plateia (square) and always busy and lovely, ample shops around and a couple of excellent supermarkets, bakers, green grocers so everything you would need is in the town. The property was secured and gated and well lit. Easily accessible to the town and nearby areas, such as Gialova, Methoni and Finikounda, which are definitely worth visiting. As the villa was new, we had a couple of items not working such as the hot water system, TV, air conditioner, door lock and dishwasher, but as the owner was on site, these were rectified quickly. Same if any issues came up or we needed any extra items, help was readily on hand. Ask for vacuum cleaner and ironing board as these are available if needed. Recommendations: Maybe an essentials food hamper upon arrival, such as milk, eggs, bread, salt, pepper, sugar, might be helpful, particularly if you arrive later in the day or weekend when access to Pylos is difficult, as some shops aren't open late afternoon/evening and others close early in the afternoon on weekends. Also, if beach towels are provided in the villa for visitors. The owner was on the property most times, co-operative and helpful. Also gave us some ideas about where to visit and travel to and personal feedback. Overall, this is one of the best places to stay in Pylos. Definitely would recommend to holiday makers. We would gladly come back.

Summary: My friends, my wife and I spent a miraculous October week! The standard of the villa is one of the best you can find in Greece and has fulfilled all our expectations. Summary: We had a very pleasant stay in this property, the house is spacious and with all modern amenities (including air-conditioning, espresso machine and dishwasher). From the photos is not obvious but the house has a fantastic view of the Navarino bay and this is certainly one of the strong points of the property along with the private swimming pool which is huge and very well maintained. The owners were very friendly and helpful to guide us to the best places around the area and their suggestions were always spot on! Highly recommended and we are planning to visit again.
