Family Fun is the perfect accommodate choice for a family coming together to explore our beautiful Region. Located in a quite private cul de sac, featuring a large indoor heated swimming pool for all year round swimming and an indoor spa to soak after a busy day of adventures. This house offers plenty of space, open plan relaxed living with formal and casual dining areas, fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs and a comfortable lounge where you can curl up with a good book.
Boasting two wings, the master bedroom is located at one end of the house with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom and easy access to the spa pool. The formal dining room also has a fold out sofa bed. Three additional bedrooms are located within the additional wing, the first bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, the next bedroom has two single beds and the final bedroom has a comfortable king single bed. There is also a large bathroom equipped with a bath and shower. Comfortably sleeping up to eight guests.
Additional features include Sheltered Gardens, Pet Friendly (please enquire) Unlimited WIFI, Plenty of Off Street Parking & Laundry Facilities. Please note, the pool and spa is maintained every Monday morning.
Enjoy a stroll along the beach or bring the bikes and venture along the coastal walkway in to the New Plymouth CBD. Enjoy brunch at the White Pear Cafe or pick up some takeaways.

Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.
All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.
Other Details:
The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.

Summary: The property was tired and dirty, there were dead bugs inside and dog poo on the back lawn. The pool had a lot of dead bugs too. It was comfortable, and, the linen was clean, and lots of space for a big family/group to spread out in.

Summary: The whole place was amazing. Felt like arriving to a holiday resort. Plenty of room for everyone. Safety issues with children and pools were very well adressed. Felt safe. Pool area could have used an update to make it even more luxurious. There was a construction site next door but it did not bother us that much. The overall look had aged a bit from the pictures but we enjoyed our stay anyway.

Summary: Nice house with lots of space and everything you need for a family stay. The pool was great entertainment for the kids and the spa was nice and relaxing for the adults.

Summary: We chose this property because it had the spa and pool and the amount of beds we needed. A couple of the ladies were thrilled with the pool the rest of us enjoyed the spa. It wasn't hot enough though and none of us knew how to turn it up. We thought it must have been on a timer as the temperature was warm the first afternoon, but not warm enough later in night. A nice comfortable home. Enough space to be alone or come together. Great big dining room for games and dining. Comfortable lounge. A couple of things weren't available in the kitchen we thought were basic kitchen equipment but have left a note, so hopefully that's been rectified. All in all a lovely stay.

Summary: Plenty of space and rooms. Lively pool and spa. Great heating. But unfortunately after a few nights we discovered the place was full of fleas. Everyone got bitten and spent one of the days vacuuming the hole house several times and stripping beds and washing sheets etc. A number of large cockroaches also running around. Our overseas family also found these critters went with them in their suitcases to our next destination. When we phoned the property manager they didn’t seem to care. I pity the next visitors that stayed the night we left as I’m sure nothing would have been done about it. The place needed fumigating.

Summary: Wonderful large property. Perfect for ourselves, our daughter and her bridesmaids to prepare for a Taranaki wedding. 2 large bathrooms, full kitchen, large living areas. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
